Overview

The VoX Connect Service Bureau provides telecommunication carriers with a carrier neutral end to end interoperability solution for Local Number Portabilty routing between carriers with a single point of contact.

Our managed service enables telecom carriers to quickly and easily exchange their voice traffic between one another using VoIP. Our managed settlement service ensures carriers are not giving up revenue while lowering operational expenses. This translates directly to the bottom line which translates to increased profits.

Interconnection and Settlement

The VoX Connect Service Bureau offers carriers the ability to use VoIP to query for routing information. As part of the service we provide private facilities to our customers to interconnect directly with the service bureau and with each other. This lowers latency for call setup and teardown which in turn provides for a higher quality subscriber call.

We offer routing information based on Local Number Portability information in the NPAC system. Our managed settlement service offers our customers the ability to manaage direct peering relationahips all with a single interconnect. Query Services

Our Service Bureau also offers a solution for those who only require routing information and not a fully managed settlement service. We privide Global Carrier-ID or LRN information via ENUM queries to our platform. Our platform is updated in real time with the North American NPAC central database.
